We have decided to move ahead with reopening our store in a limited capacity starting on June 2nd. Details are as follows:

• Maximum of 6 people in the store at all times
• All customers must sanitize their hands and/or wear a fresh pair of disposable gloves, which will be provided to you upon entry
• Masks are mandatory as of August 1st
• Curbside pickup is still very much available and will continue to be until further notice
• Our delivery service has now stopped
• If you feel under the weather or sick in any way, DO NOT COME TO THE STORE
• Updated store hours:

Monday – Thursday: 11 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM

If you would like to set up a curbside pickup order, we ask that you please email us at slothrecords@shaw.ca with your wants list. As we have limited staff right now, we cannot dedicate hours on the phone going over lists, so please contact us via email for any order requests over 2 titles.

We have made the decision to keep our storefront closed for the time being, with plans to re-evaluate in early June. We will continue to offer curbside pickup, free delivery on orders over $60, and will be reintroducing bookings for private shopping sessions.

• Curbside Pickup: please email us your want list to slothrecords@shaw.ca – we will respond to you within 24 hours (or as close as possible) with availability, pricing, and payment details. We currently accept etransfer and paypal for pickup orders.
• Free Delivery: we will deliver your order for free within the city of Calgary for all orders over $60. Please be cognizant that we don’t use a professional delivery service and cannot guarantee immediately delivery. Generally deliveries will occur within 2-3 days of payment but if you need your items in a rush we encourage you to pick up from the store directly.
• Private Shopping: please phone us at 403-265-6585 between noon and 5pm daily to book your private shopping session. We book in 30 minute increments and the store will be cleansed before and after every session. We ask that no more than 2 people be present for any private session.

We have instituted the following guidelines as it relates to anyone entering the store: 

• Please proceed to the front counter to wash your hands and receive disposable gloves
• Masks are strongly encouraged
• If you feel under the weather or sick in any way, DO NOT COME TO THE STORE
• Credit Card & Debit Card is encouraged. Cash is accepted but please note we cannot provide exact change.
• Maximum of 3 people in the store at all times.
