This Saturday (August 29th) is the first of three Record Store Day 2020 events happening over the next few months. We’ll be open early and will be having a special one-day sale on pretty much everything in store! Details:

8 AM – 9 AM :: first hour of shopping exclusively for RSD exclusive titles

9 AM – 7 PM :: all day sale, 20% off everything in stock (excluding RSD releases)

• Limit of 10 people in the store at one time
• Limit 1 copy per title per person for RSD releases

We are pleased to present the virtual screening of “Other Music”, a documentary on the rise and fall of this legendary record store, produced and directed by Puloma Basu and Rob Hatch-Miller. We are offering a special 72 hour rental of this movie, and every rental purchased through this link will result in Sloth receiving a portion of the rental proceeds. Plus, the movie is really great and a mustiwatch for fans of record shops!

Until further notice, our storefront will be closed except for curbside pick-up in front of store from 12 PM to 4 PM. We are also pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $40 within the Calgary city limits.

Delivery service: please call us or email us to arrange payment and confirmation of titles. We accept etransfer or paypal. All orders over $40 are free delivery, anything less we ask for a small fee (based on location) to cover gas.

Curbside pick-up: we are happy to bring your purchases direct to your vehicle or mode of transport during 12 PM – 4 PM until further notice. Payment is to be made in advance via etransfer or paypal.
